FEES & POLICIES
We do not require a referral from a physician. If you are an individual who wishes to see one of our Psychologists, feel free to contact us. New clients are always welcome - when you contact us, we will gather information about your needs, and match you with the right Psychologist.
Fees are consistent with the guidelines recommended by the Ontario Psychological Association. Most private health insurance plans provide some coverage for psychological services. Fees are tax deductible as a medical expense, and possibly as a business expense or as an employee benefit by your company. Rates will be discussed in more detail when you contact the clinic.
Payment for services is due at the end of each session and a receipt will be issued to you. Please retain this receipt for your insurance and income tax claims. Fees may be paid in cash, cheque or e-transfer.
Please note that 48 hours notice is required if you cancel your appointment. The full-rate will apply to a "no show" or for a cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the start of the session.
